For over 45 years, Mount St Joseph Girls’ College has offered a quality, well-rounded, affordable education that has placed the individual at the very heart of the learning process. Our extensive pastoral care program is tailored at each year level to respond to the needs of individual girls, fostering an environment that is supportive, caring and fulfilling.

Our unique, blended learning programs - from Year 7 to Year 9 - further develop each girl’s natural curiosity, providing the foundation for channelling higher-order thinking skills at the senior level. All students are offered a wealth of choice in which to expand their distinctive physical and creative abilities – from sports, art, music and drama through to community service, leadership opportunities and a host of fun co-curricular offerings.

Mount St Joseph Girls’ College also prides itself on its innovative and technology-rich learning environments. A 2009 innovation was the One Student-One Laptop Program at Year 8, aimed at embedding technology within twenty-first century learning, and addressing a technological goal as a knowledge era school.

Our commitment to providing an education founded on Josephite principles continues to drive all aspects of college life. A Catholic education centred on social justice, where young women are encouraged to make a difference to the world in which they live, provides the springboard for our retreat programs.
