Academic Scholarships for Year 5, Year 7 and Year 9 commencing 2025

The College will offer Academic Scholarships for entry into Year 5, Year 7 and Year 9 in 2025. These scholarships will carry through to and include Year 12. 

Scholarships are open to both students attending Overnewton College as well as those attending other schools. Applicants will sit a scholarship examination on Saturday, 23 March 2024 at the Yirramboi Campus, located in Keilor. 

The examination will be provided by an outside testing authority (ACER), offering an independent and reliable measure of the students’ ability. Note that we will only consider applications for scholarships from families whose children sit the examination on this date.

• Apply here if your child is in Year 8 in 2024 - Select Level 2 Scholarship Test if you are seeking a Scholarship from Year 9 in 2025

Applications are now open and will close at 11:59pm Sunday, 10 March 2024.

A non-refundable application fee of $140 will be required on registration.
