Our annual Primary Shakespeare Festival opens on 28th October at Glen Street Theatre in Belrose, Sydney. On opening night, our 3rd and 4th classes will present excerpts from:
Hamlet (3D class, with a proudly traditional treatment of the play);
Macbeth (3J, with a Maleficent inspired interpretation); and
The Merry Wives of Windsor (4T, with an 80s inspired theme).
On 29th October our 5th classes present:
Twelfth Night (5R, who are “at the beach” in their theme); and
The Tempest (5C, conjuring up voodoo).
On 30th October our 6th classes present:
The Taming of the Shrew (6S, “at the circus” is their theme) and
Romeo and Juliet (6K, with a West Side Story influence).
Curtains up at 6pm. Tickets are available from Glen Street Theatre.
